Who We Are And What We Do

We are an on-island locally based, concierge and vacation planning company located in Cruz Bay, St. John, US Virgin Islands. Most days you can find us in “The Booth” located directly across from the Post Office in downtown Cruz Bay. Just a short walk from the people ferry dock, our staff is available before and during your stay to give advice, make recommendations or offer any other assistance that you may need.

St. John Concierge Service is a family owned business, and it’s our mission to provide the best possible vacation experience to the visitors of the island. Just give us a call to see how we can help!

Meet Drew

This is Drew. He'll probably be the one answering the phone when you call. The smile is legit, but he's not really reading anything in this photo!

You can leave it to the locals to match you and your family with the right vendor for your time on St. John. With a single, local point of contact, you can book your villa, rent a vehicle, plan a boat day, make restaurant reservations, and even rent your snorkel gear or stand up paddle board. We pride ourselves on being the one stop shop for everything St. John! Keep in mind there are NO FEES for our services!
